Any women who has been negatively affected by domestic abuse and is seeking Biblical answers and a faith community to walk with on her healing journey.
No! Anyone can attend with the understanding that our material is Bible-based. Although the material is geared to married women, if you have not been married but are in an abusive relationship, we would love to have you join us. We are a place of healing not judgment.
The Oasis Bible Study – The Oasis Bible Study is offered each fall, winter, and spring. There are three different sets of lessons that make up the Oasis Bible Study which are offered throughout the school year. In addition, summer support classes are offered every other week from June through August.
There are ten lessons in the Oasis Bible Study Book 1 and eleven lessons in the Oasis Bible Study Book 2. A third Oasis Bible Study book will be published in the spring of 2023 and includes six lessons. These 27 lessons are taught during the school year from October through May.
Each class is one and a half hours long. We begin with prayer and end with prayer requests.
We offer several mid-week classes. Please refer to our website for the most updated options. The new Saturday Self-Paced class will meet on Saturdays.
Yes! Each participant must agree to our class policy which includes confidentiality of anything shared in class.
Yes! Each participant must agree to our class policy which includes using a safe device in a safe place for their safety and the safety of others. NOTE: Due to our online format, if you are still living with a man who is abusive, please be sure you have a safe way to join a class.
Each Oasis class can have up to eight women with one facilitator.
